THE PEAKS AT CANYONS

The Peaks at Canyons is a thoughtfully designed multi-family community set within the dramatic topography of The Canyons. Featuring modern agrarian architecture nestled among native stands of Gambel oak, the project embraces the surrounding landscape and leverages an extensive trail network to enhance the resident experience and connection to nature.

A key challenge of the project was maximizing townhome placement efficiency within a constrained site, while still responding to the expectations set forth by The Canyons Planned Development and the City of Castle Pines Planning Department. Careful attention was given to building orientation, grading, access, and circulation to ensure that density goals were achieved without compromising the integrity of the natural terrain or the overall character of the community.

A variety of amenities, including an amenity/gathering space, diverse planting areas, and a connection point to the overall trail system of The Canyons are thoughtfully integrated throughout the site, creating moments of interaction and relaxation while reinforcing the project’s cohesive identity and enhancing the daily experience for residents.
