THE PEAKS AT CANYONS

The Peaks at Canyons is a 70 unit townhome project set within the dramatic topography of the Canyons, where modern agrarian architecture is thoughtfully integrated among native stands of Gambel oak. The design takes advantage of the site’s extensive trail network and surrounding natural beauty to elevate the resident and visitor experience, creating a strong connection between built form and landscape.

A key component of the project’s advancement involved close coordination with the City of Castle Pines through the Site Improvement Plan process, as well as review and approval by the Planning Commission to secure entitlements and move the project forward into construction. This collaborative review process helped ensure the design aligned with municipal standards, community expectations, and the long-term vision for the area.
