CRESCENDO AT STEPPING STONE

Crescendo at Stepping Stone is a thoughtfully planned 135-unit alley-loaded product community that contributes to the product diversity at Meridian Village. The site design strategically responds to existing infrastructure constraints of a lift station and irrigation pond as well as a floodplain.  The site plan and alley alignment area designed to maximize larger end units.

Efficiency was a driving force throughout the planning process, with careful attention given to lot layout, access, and circulation to optimize yield while maintaining a high-quality residential experience. The platting process presented unique challenges due to the number of stakeholder involved, including the Town of Parker, Meridian Metro District, Douglas County and the Stepping Stone HOA.

Equally important was the integration of community amenities and open space in a way that responded to both grading complexities and stakeholder input. A small park with an open lawn, play equipment and a basketball court, a controlled-access dog park, and on-site parking areas were deliberately located to enhance accessibility and livability.
