Stepping Stone is an award-winning residential community comprising approximately 900 single-family homes and represents the southern portion of the larger Meridian Village development. The community was thoughtfully planned to create a cohesive and highly livable neighborhood that integrates seamlessly within the broader vision of Meridian Village. Sage Design Group served as the site planner, developing the overall community framework while also producing site graphics, architectural elevations, and marketing visuals that supported the project’s identity and sales efforts.
 

The community features an extensive network of trails, open park spaces, court game areas, playgrounds, and a variety of outdoor amenities designed to promote active lifestyles and social connection. Through strategic park placement, intentional trail alignment, and a strong emphasis on community aesthetics, Sage Design Group enhanced both the functionality and visual appeal of the neighborhood. This approach not only created meaningful gathering spaces, but also contributed to increased lot value by maximizing views, accessibility, and the integration of generous, well-designed landscape areas throughout the community.
