Lyric represents the first of three villages within a high-profile, master-planned development comprising more than 1,800 residential units, including a diverse mix of single-family detached and attached homes, townhomes, condominiums, and alley-loaded products. As a foundational phase of the broader RidgeGate East vision, this village establishes the tone for a cohesive and elevated living experience, supported by a wide range of thoughtfully integrated amenities. These include several neighborhood parks and a large regional park, a fitness club, pool, and restaurant, as well as miles of interconnected trails that will ultimately link the entire RidgeGate East community.

The site will feature expansive preserved open spaces, a highly connected trail network, and a variety of community amenities carefully designed by Sage Design Group to enhance both daily life and long-term value.
