LYRIC
Lyric represents the first of three villages within a high-profile, master-planned development comprising more than 1,800 residential units, including a diverse mix of single-family detached and attached homes, townhomes, condominiums, and alley-loaded products. As a foundational phase of the broader RidgeGate East vision, this village establishes the tone for a cohesive and elevated living experience, supported by a wide range of thoughtfully integrated amenities. These include several neighborhood parks and a large regional park, a fitness club, pool, and restaurant, as well as miles of interconnected trails that will ultimately link the entire RidgeGate East community.

The overarching design intent is to create a distinctive and immersive environment for residents, blending natural character with functional, well-planned spaces. The site will feature expansive preserved open spaces, a highly connected trail network, and a variety of community amenities carefully designed by Sage Design Group to enhance both daily life and long-term value.

As a very high-profile project, Lyric has required extensive coordination and scrutiny through the City of Lone Tree, setting a strong precedent for future growth in the area. The project successfully navigates the complexities of entitlement, planning, and design to deliver a community that balances natural beauty with a refined, livable framework.
