A generous pool, interactive splash pad, and thoughtfully designed playground provide engaging spaces for families of all ages, while expansive decking and shaded structures ensure comfort throughout the long summer season.

The landscape design plays a defining role in shaping the overall experience of the site. Carefully curated plantings elevate the arrival and amenity spaces, softening the architecture and reinforcing the Lantern House’s modern glass expression. Layered plant palettes—featuring ornamental trees, shrubs, and perennials—enhance the clubhouse and parking areas with seasonal color, texture, and year-round interest. Subtle grading across the site further enriches the landscape, creating depth and visual variation while allowing strategically placed trees to frame views, provide shade, and strengthen the overall spatial organization. Together, the planting and grading design unify the architecture and amenities into a cohesive, inviting community destination.
