The over arching design of the project aims to create a rustic experience for the residents of The Canyons. The site will be home to three parks, expanses of preserved open space, a well connected trail system and many other amenities designed by Sage.

Effectively doubling the population of Castle Pines, The Canyons is a very high profile project requiring scrutiny from the City of Castle Pines to set the standard for future growth. Successfully navigating the intricacies of designing natural beauty.

The Canyons was once used for ranch land. Sage has been engaged since 2015 as the site planner and landscape architect.
