The Lyric Amenity Center is the recreational hub for the community.  Featuring a fitness center, pool, restaurant and event lawn, the Amenity Center is available for a variety of activities. Located near homes, open space and parks it is accessible by biking and walking to further the multi modal concept of the community.

The goal of the Amenity Center was to create a restaurant scene that integrates into the streetscape and provides a vibrant and active setting while also creating a more private setting with the pool area.  Through careful site design and landscape placement, Sage was able to accommodate both and create a vibrant restaurant setting with a more private pool space.
