HIGHLANDS RANCH TOWN CENTER
Located in the heart of Highlands Ranch, Town Center is a mix of residential and commercial uses, along with green spaces throughout. The commercial layout consists of larger stores and smaller restaurants and retail pads. These are separated by landscape to give intimacy to the restaurant and retail spaces for a better user experience. The design emphasizes good circulation between the commercial spaces and through defined access points to minimize confusion. Long sightlines also help to ease confusion, helping give the site a seamless experience for the user.
