Sage Design Group provided planning and landscape architecture support for the American Academy campus in Parker, Colorado through the preparation of entitlement documents and landscape construction documentation. Working closely with the project team, Sage assisted in navigating the local review and approval process by preparing entitlement materials that addressed jurisdictional requirements, site layout considerations, and overall development objectives for the school campus.

These documents coordinated planting design, grading concepts, pedestrian circulation, and outdoor learning and recreation areas to ensure a functional and cohesive campus environment.
