The Forum is an office building in Aurora, Colorado that required a renovation of its existing parking lot and adjacent seating areas. The design focused on creating a clean, organized, and welcoming exterior environment while preserving clear views of the building and its architectural presence.

Thoughtful plant selection and bench placement were used to define smaller, more intimate spaces within the larger plaza, helping to break down the scale and improve user comfort.

The updated design transforms an outdated plaza into a refreshed and functional seating area. Through improved circulation, layered planting, and refined materials, the space now feels more cohesive, inviting, and better aligned with the needs of building users and visitors.
