Development of Palamino Park's first four phases began in 1995 by the Feld Company. Sage design group oversaw the land planning and landscape architecture for Feld's in-house design firm. The amenity rich community concept necessitated far reaching land planning and landscape architecture design. It included streetscaping, Gradn resort entrance, water features, and a 30 acre park that inlcuded a pond, pavilion, putting green, and sport courts.
